To request a status match, simply complete and email the form. You will receive an e-mail regarding processing status within 10 days of United's receipt of your application. Your elite status membership kit will be mailed to you in 4 - 6 weeks.
Important: Mileage Plus Corporate Status Match is not applicable for status match to 1K® level. If the traveler is a 1K equivalent in another airline's program, he/she would receive Premier Executive level in Mileage Plus. Status match requests made before June 30th are for this calendar year only. Requests made July 1st or later will continue through the next calendar year. For example, if a status match is offered on 8/1/12, the elite status will continue through 1/31/15. Please note the last date for processing Corporate Status Match in 2012 is December 14, 2012.
